2. Overview

Union Drones LLC provides professional drone-based services including visual and thermal imaging, site documentation, and aerial inspections. Due to the customized and time-sensitive nature of our work, we have established the following refund policy to ensure fairness and clarity for both our clients and our business.

 

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are offered under the following circumstances:

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.

  • Cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours of the scheduled service may be eligible for a partial refund (up to 50%) or may be rescheduled with a rebooking fee.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service are not eligible for a refund due to the scheduling commitment and preparatory work involved.

Refunds are not provided for completed services unless there is a failure to deliver the service as agreed in writing.

 

4. Service Disruptions

If Union Drones LLC must cancel or postpone a service due to weather conditions, airspace restrictions, or unforeseen operational issues, clients will be offered:

  • The option to reschedule the service at no additional cost, or

  • A full refund if rescheduling is not possible or acceptable to the client.

 

5. No-Show Policy

If a client fails to be present (when required) or is otherwise unresponsive at the scheduled time, this will be treated as a late cancellation and no refund will be issued.

 

6. Custom Projects and Non-Refundable Services

Certain custom or large-scale projects may require deposits or retainers that are non-refundable once planning, travel, or mobilization has begun. These terms will be clearly outlined in the service agreement for such projects.

 

7. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us at jamesc@uniondrones.net with your service date, project name, and reason for the request. Approved refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
